Our 14 day Money Back Guarantee

A lot of love and care has gone into developing VonzziSHOP products and we are so confident that you'll love them we are offering a 14 day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by ”contact@NAAMBRAND.com“ and include your order number in the email.
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

Terms & Conditions
● Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.
● Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.
● The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on ”vonzzishop.nl“. If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately you aren't eligible to lodge a money back claim

 

Onze 14 dagen Geld-terug-garantie

Er is veel liefde en zorg gestoken in de ontwikkeling van VonzziSHOP-producten en we zijn er zo zeker van dat u ze geweldig zult vinden dat we een 14 dagen Geld-terug-garantie bieden zonder vragen te stellen.
Als u om welke reden dan ook niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop, stuur ons dan een e-mail via "contact@NAAMBRAND.com" en vermeld uw bestelnummer in de e-mail.
Houd rekening met 2-3 werkdagen om uw claim te beoordelen. Als uw claim wordt goedgekeurd, sturen we u een RA-nummer samen met ons retouradres. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor de retourkosten en ook een administratiekost van 25% die van het restitutiebedrag wordt afgetrokken.

Algemene voorwaarden
● Uw claim moet binnen 14 dagen na uw aankoopdatum worden ingediend.
● Onze Geld-terug-garantie is niet van toepassing op producten die tijdens een uitverkoopperiode zijn gekocht of waarvoor een kortings-/promotiecode is gebruikt.
● De klant kan slechts één keer een claim indienen en het moet de eerste bestelling zijn op ”vonzzishop.nl“. Als u eerder bij ons hebt gekocht, komt u helaas niet in aanmerking voor het indienen van een geld-terug-claim
